Failure to cancel before the trial period ends constitutes authorization for Social27 Ltd to charge the subscription fee.

By purchasing a subscription you agree:

• Billing is recurring
• Billing may be monthly or annual
• Payments are charged in advance
• Pricing may change with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account.

After cancellation:

• Access continues until billing period ends
• No further billing occurs
• No partial refunds are provided

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Subscription payments
• Partial periods
• Unused time
• Plan downgrades
• Trial conversions

Social27 Ltd does not provide refunds for unused subscription periods.

You agree NOT to use Social27 to:

• Produce harmful or abusive content
• Harass individuals
• Spread malware
• Conduct fraud
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Abuse AI tools
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload malicious software

We may remove content or suspend accounts.

Social27 uses artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge:

• AI may produce inaccurate outputs
• AI outputs require review
• AI is provided as assistance only
• Social27 does not guarantee accuracy
• You are responsible for content use

Social27 is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

Users may stop using the platform anytime.
